Formation of a Dropped Kerb at the Front of the Property

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed formation of a dropped kerb at the front of property to allow vehicular access for the dwelling’s residents to park within the property’s front garden, which already benefits from hard surfacing.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved.

Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application has now been submitted together with the drawings and planning, design and access statement.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the proposed vehicular access / dropped kerb at the front of the property.
