Formation of a Driveway

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed formation of a driveway.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible, but would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. 

One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement and Heritage Statement to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the client's approval, the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and Planning and Heritage Statement.

The planning application for the formation of a driveway has now been approved.
