The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed first-floor extension to their bungalow. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Planning permission has now been approved for the first-floor extension to their bungalow.
