Fence & Electric Gates

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a metal fence boundary to front and side, electric gates to front of property following removal of hedges and block paving to front of property after a failed DIY planning application.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that each of the project components were feasible. Planning permission was required for via the submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statements, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved.

With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning statements were submitted with a householder planning application.

Planning permission has now been approved for the erection of a metal fence boundary to front and side, electric gates to front of property following removal of hedges and block paving to front of property.
