The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey infill front extension with flat roof, roof lantern and glass balcony railing, loft conversion with rear dormer roof extension and two Juliet balconies.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the planning application should be approved by the planning authority.
The planning application has now been approved for extensions and loft conversion.
