Extension To Dropped Kerb

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed extension to the existing area of hardstanding, crossover and dropped kerb.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and would require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the client's approval the planning application has been submitted, together with the drawings and Design and Access Statement.

Planning permission has now been approved for extension to the existing area of hardstanding, crossover and dropped kerb.
