The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a small extension on the first floor to the rear of the property to accommodate a shower in the upstairs W/C room.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
