Erection of a Polytunnel

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed erection of a polytunnel in the rear garden. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the erection of a polytunnel is feasible and will require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement and heritage statements, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. Planning Permission has now been approved for erection of a polytunnel in the rear garden.
