The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of new side extension above garage conversion.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that erection of new side extension above garage conversion is feasible but will require planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
The planning application has now been approved for the erection of new side extension above garage conversion.
