Erection of Gazebo, Outbuilding and Installation of Solar Panels

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed erection of gazebo, outbuilding and installation of solar panels. Solar panels will provide the property with significant levels of renewable energy annually, contributing to reducing energy bills and therefore carbon emissions. The outbuilding will be used as an incidental home office space.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning permission has now been approved for the erection of gazebo, outbuilding and installation of solar panels.
