Erection of Front Gate

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a 1.8m high open bar, iron sliding gate. The gates will be set bac from the boundary line by 2m on the existing driveway. The grass verge at the front of the property will be replaced by dark grey paving.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners it was determined that project is feasible. Planning permission was required for via the submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning, design and access statements, to justify to the planning authority why the application should be approved.

With the client's approval, the architect drawings and planning, design and access statements were submitted with a householder planning application.

Planning permission has now been approved for the erection of front gate.
