Erection of Ancillary Annexe

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a single storey ancillary annexe to be located within rear garden.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the erection of an ancillary annexe was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning permission has now been approved for the erection of an ancillary annexe to be located within rear garden.
