Erection of an Outbuilding for Use as a Beauty Salon

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding the erection of an outbuilding for use as a beauty salon. The proposed outbuilding is relatively small and will be utilised as a small beauty treatment room to allow the client to work from home and is on a 1:1 basis with clients for relevant treatments.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and Planning Statement.

Planning permission has now been approved for the erection of an outbuilding for use as a beauty salon.
