Erection of an Outbuilding for Agricultural Storage

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed erection of an outbuilding to store a dog kennel and agricultural farming equipment and machinery. The site already includes a dog boarding and horse stables commercial enterprise, and the proposed unit will support the business at the site and allow weather protection for associated equipment.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the new build garage outbuilding was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the erection of an outbuilding for agricultural storage.
