The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of advertisement signage.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the erection of advertisement signage is feasible but would require advertising consent.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Once the client approved the design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement to justify why the application should be approved by the council.
With the client's approval everything has been submitted with a planning application for advertising consent.
Planning permission has now been approved for erection of advertisement signage.
