The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a single storey rear extension to an existing restaurant. The proposed development is sought to improve storage facilities associated with the restaurant operation.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the single storey rear extension was feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for a erection of a single storey rear extension to an existing restaurant.
