The client approached Planning By Design regarding erection of a single-storey rear extension. This will allow for the creation of further living space, which will enhance the living environment of the dwelling.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extensions were feasible and will require will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.
Planning Permission has now been for erection of a single storey rear extension.
