The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a single storey side extension.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the creation of a single-storey side extension was feasible and would require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning and Heritage Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.
Planning Permission has now been approved for erection of a single storey side extension.
