Outbuilding
ApprovedHouseholder Planning Application

Erection of a Garden Annex and Office

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed erection of a single-storey outbuilding to be used as an annex and office space for existing occupiers. The proposed outbuilding will be situated within the side garden area.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the erection of an outbuilding was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning Permission has now been approved for the Erection of a Garden Annex and Office in the side garden.
