The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a double garage in the front garden. The garage will enhance the utility and functionality of the property, providing enclosed parking spaces and storage provision.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible but will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required drawings which the client approved. Following the approved design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
