Erection of a Detached Two Storey Office Building

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed change of use of the existing builder’s yard and erection of a detached two storey office building with provision of refuse and cycle stores.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning permission has now been approved for change of use of the existing builder’s yard and the erection of a detached two storey office building with provision of refuse and cycle stores.
