The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed replacement of a 1st floor window with French doors and the erection of a balcony leading from the French doors to the rear garden. French doors will replace the existing window.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and would require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the planning application should be approved by the planning authority.
The planning application has now been approved for erection of first floor balcony and replacement of first floor window with french door.
