The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb /vehicle crossover to provide access to existing associated hard-surface to allow this to be used as a driveway for car parking.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project was feasible and likely to be considered permitted development. In order to obtain a legal determination that is permitted development, we advised submitting an application for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings which the client has approved. Following the approved architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design & Access Statement / Evidence to verify application, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the client's approval the application has been submitted together with the drawings and Design & Access Statement / Evidence to verify application.
