The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed creation of a dropped kerb to enable access to existing EV charging infrastructure.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but would require planning permission via the submission of a full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Design and Access Statement. With the client's approval, the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and Planning Design and Access Statement.
The planning application has now been approved for the creation of a dropped kerb to enable access to the existing EV charging infrastructure.
