Dropped Kerb and Vehicle Crossover

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb and vehicle crossover. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the dropped kerb and vehicle crossover were feasible and would require planning permission, via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the clients approval the planning application has been submitted together with the drawings and design and access statement. Planning permission has now been approved to drop the kerb and build a vehicle crossover.
