Dropped Kerb and Driveway For Parking 2 Cars

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb in front of their flat and having done lots of research already was skeptical the project was feasible. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the dropped kerb was feasible but would required planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required design and access statement, to justify why planning authority should grant planning permission. With the clients approval householder planning application was submitted with the drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the clients dropped kerb in front of their flat.
