Dropped Kerb and Driveway

After a failed DIY planning application the client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb and driveway extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and would required planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application has now been submitted together with the drawings and planning statement. Planning Permission has now been approved for the clients new dropped kerb and driveway.
