The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the client's approval, the planning application has been submitted together with the drawings and design and access statement. The planning application has now been approved.
