After applying for a dropped kerb license and being told it needs planning permission first, the client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but would required planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings which the client has approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the application has now been submitted together with the architect drawings and planning statement.
