The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb after several failed DIY planning applications. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but requires planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the client's approval, the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved for the dropped kerb.
