The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and planning statement. Planning permission has now been approved to drop the kerb.
