Dropped Kerb

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but would required planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the planning application has been submitted with the architect drawings and planning statement. Planning Permission has now been approved for the dropped kerb.
