The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed dropped kerb. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and potentially Permitted Development so an application for a Lawful Development Certificate was recommended. One of our chartered architects prepared all of the required architect drawings which the client has approved. Following the approved architect drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the local planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval the application has now been submitted together with the drawings and supporting evidence.
