The client approached Planning By Design regarding a driveway with an electric vehicle charging point. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible but would require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required heritage and planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the planning application. With the clients approval the planning application has been submitted, together with the drawings and planning statement.
