The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed double storey wrap around extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our town planners it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our town planners prepared the required supporting evidence to justify why the council should approve the application. With the clients approval the householder planning application has been submitted with the drawings and supporting documents.
