The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed double storey side extension. The purpose of the extension is to provide additional living space to alleviate overcrowding within the existing dwelling and to accommodate client’s medical needs.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for double storey side extension.
