The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed extension to create a larger living space including the addition of a double storey extension to the side of the dwelling and a loft conversion. The current side lobby will be demolished.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.
Planning permission has now been approved for double storey extension to the side of the dwelling and a loft conversion.
