The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed double storey extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and will require planning permission via the submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the necessary supporting evidence, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. The planning application has now been approved.
