The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed single storey rear extension. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the extension is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. The planning application has since been approved. We have also produced the building regulations drawings and structural engineering calculations so the client is now ready to begin construction.
