Discharge of Conditions For Approved Outbuilding To Use As Cycle Storage

Following planning approval subject to conditions, the client contacted Planning By Design the discharge of conditions for an approved outbuilding to use as cycle storage. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that discharging the applicable conditions was feasible via a further planning application. One of our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings, which the client has approved. Following the approved architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify how the conditions have been met and therefore discharged. With the clients approval the architect drawings and planning statement statement were submitted with an application to discharge conditions. The application has now been approved so the client can begin construction.
