The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed erection of a detached single-storey garage located to the rear of the existing dwellinghouse within its established residential curtilage.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and the best approach would be to apply for a Lawful Development Certificate.
One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Verification of Evidence Statement for a Lawful Development Certificate to justify why the council should approve the application.
