The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of storage warehouse and replacement with block of flats, designed to look similar to a terrace of dwellings containing three one-bedroom flats and three two-bedroom flats.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project might be feasible. The client instructed Planning by Design to produce architect drawings.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client.
