Demolition of Existing Outbuilding and Erection of a New Outbuilding in its Place to Be Used as a Classroom

The client approached Planning By Design regarding the proposed erection of a new outbuilding following the demolition of the existing outbuilding in its place to be used as a classroom.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning permission has now been approved for the erection of a new outbuilding following the demolition of the existing outbuilding in its place to be used as a classroom.
