Demolition of Existing Garages and Erection of an Outbuilding

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of existing garages and the erection of an outbuilding for incidental use.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project was feasible and would require planning permission via a householder planning application. 

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. 

With the client's approval, the householder planning application was submitted together with the architect drawings and planning statement. 

Planning permission has now been approved for the demolition of existing garages and the erection of an outbuilding for incidental use.
