Demolition of Existing Caretaker House and Replacement With Outbuilding to Be Used as an SEN Hub

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of the existing caretaker house and replacement with a 4m x 15m x 11m flat-roofed single-storey outbuilding to be used as an SEN Hub with classroom and kitchenette.

Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require full planning permission.

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning, Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission.

Planning permission has now been approved for the demolition of the existing caretaker house and replacement with a 4m x 15m x 11m flat-roofed single-storey outbuilding to be used as an SEN Hub with classroom and kitchenette.
