The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed demolition of a conservatory and creation of a single storey L-shaped extension to the side and rear of the property.
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the creation of a single-storey extension to the side and rear of the property, in the place of the existing conservatory was feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application.
One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission for the proposed extension.
Planning Permission has now been approved for demolition of conservatory and creation of a single-storey L-shaped extension (side and rear).
