Demolition of a Back Door Porch and Erection of a Single-Storey Rear Infill Extension

The client approached Planning By Design regarding a propose demolition of a back door porch and erection of a single-storey rear infill extension.

 Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that the project is feasible and will require planning permission via submission of a householder planning application. 

One of our chartered architects prepared the architect drawings, which were approved by the client. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Design and Access Statement, to justify why the council should approve planning permission. 

Planning permission has now been approved for demolition of a back door porch and erection of a single-storey rear infill extension.
