Deconversion of Two Flats into a Single Dwellinghouse

The client contacted Planning By Design regarding a proposed deconversion of two flats into a single dwellinghouse. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that it was feasible to convert the 2 flats back into a single house but it would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects produced the required architect drawings, which the client approved. Following approval of the architectural design, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required planning statement, to justify why the council should approve the application. With the client's approval an application for full planning permission, together with the architect drawings and planning statement have been submitted. Planning Permission has now been approved for the deconversion of two flats into a single dwellinghouse.
