The client contacted Planning By Design after receiving an enforcement notice for decking which they had built in the garden. Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined that although retrospective planning permission is required, the project is feasible. One our chartered architects prepared the necessary architect drawings to show the property before and after the decking was built. Following the clients approval of the drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required supporting evidence to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the clients approval we have now submitted the application with all the drawings and supporting evidence.
