The client approached Planning By Design regarding a proposed creation off road parking and formation of vehicular access (dropped kerb).
Following a planning appraisal with one of our chartered town planners, it was determined the project is feasible and would require full planning permission. One of our chartered architects prepared the required architect drawings, which the client approved.
Following the approved drawings, one of our chartered town planners prepared the required Planning Statement, to justify why the planning authority should approve the application. With the client's approval, the planning application has now been submitted together with the drawings and Planning Statement.
Planning Permission has now been approved for the creation off road parking and the formation of vehicular access (dropped kerb).
